Hariprasad Wins - Student Research Grant 2018-19. Congratulations to Hariprasad for receiving India Vision Institute Student Research Grant 2018-19. His study on an e-Amsler chart was selected among about 50 applicants on a competitive basis by a jury of renowned optometrists. He receives a grant of 6000 ₹ towards project cost.

Harini Wins - Young Optometry Researcher Rolling Trophy. Congratulations to Harini for winning the 2017-18 India Vision Institute Young Optometry Researcher Rolling Trophy for Vasan Institute of Ophthalmology & Research, Chennai. She received the award for her project ‘Evaluation of visual and ocular status in aluminium industry workers’, from among three other shortlisted candidates. She also received a cash prize of 5000₹ from IVI.
